    The flowers that my wife received were not up to the quality of the flowers that we have received from Powell florist in the past. They were wilted and old looking and did not last 3 days. I have used powell florist for all of my flower purchases ever since my cousin Deana who owns LULU's Tea Room recommend them to me. We have received excellent flowers in the past but this order fell way short of what we came to expect.

    Delivery was a day late and they did not have what I purchased in stock, so I switched to something else of the same value. I was sent an email late that night notifying me of this. That being said, it was Mother's Day weekend and during the Coronavirus pandemic, so I understand these issues. I just wish I was told sooner so I wasn't waiting on a delivery that wasn't coming. Love the arrangement though, and they were very kind and apologetic.

    My main concern was I got a confirmation email that my flowers were delivered four days after the funeral. Whether they were actually there on time and the email was late I am not sure. I am out of state and still waiting to find out from the family if the flowers ever arrived.

    I just wanted to say thank you to the lady that helped my sister and I out the other day with the wreath we ordered . They went above and beyond in making the wreath look perfect.     The wrong flowers were delivered to me. However, my husband was home and took them back and you made up another arrangement. The replacement was beautiful and what he originally ordered. No doubt it was a hectic day and simply a mistake.
