    I originally ordered flowers from a different florist in Cumming, GA (one week prior to Mother’s Day). The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to my mom and sister in law the company called me at 5pm saying they had to cancel my order because they didn’t have any supply.     I wanted something exotic looking, not a runof the mill floral ball. I picked one from online, but was notified they didn’t have some of the types of flowers, and would substitute others. I was skeptical it would have the look I wanted. Not only did it, but it was beyond what I expected! Additionally I unknowingly gave a wrong delivery address, but the staff was able to squirrel out the correct one, and go way out of their way to finish the job. I’m beyond satisfied.

    Noah, sorry for your inconvenience, i do not want make excuses for a situation like this but we really did try to get it directly to her, but they did not let us through to her room and took the flowers and signed for them at the desk with guarantee that she is still at the room and will receive flowers. Every hospital has their own rules and we can not just come in a break them.

    I have received several arrangements from Flower Jazz and they are always lovely arrangements, flowers are delivered fresh and beautiful. I would mention that sometimes certain pieces in the arrangements have stems cut too short so that the bottoms are not immersed in water unless the vase is kept full to the very top, and sometimes not even then. It would be helpful is you could cut all the stems to reach near the bottom of the vase so that they do not die prematurely. Thank you.

    Ordered a plant for a family funeral through FTD & it was made by Flower Jazz & delivered to the funeral home. There was a choice of 2 sizes & we chose & paid for the larger size plant. We were embarrassed & appalled at the small plant & also at the way it was sitting at an angle in the planter. It was quite obvious that it was not the plant we had spent almost $100.00 on ! We feel embarrassed & cheated !

    Unfortunately we don't know your name, becouse if you placing order with FTD - we know only recipient name and address for delivery, if you place order with 3th party of online company - They charge sometimes to much for different service and total can be much bigger that the item you did order. We are FTD contractors and we get they order together with recipe from them, where they provide size, item, container and quantity of the flowers and we have to keep it by they rules, we can not deliver smaller or bigger size. Just call us directly and we try to help you.

    Hello Kimberly, i am sorry for your inconvenience, we did deliver flowers to funeral home at 10:50am, by the funeral home regulations - we can not go outside of the flower room - we sign on the board and left flowers in flower room. You did request delivery before 1pm and we did deliver them on time, unfortunately funeral home staff doing mess with the flowers sometimes and we can not control that.

    The flowers were beautiful. However, the delivery wasn't brought to me until after I called to check on them, which was at 4:30 in the afternoon on the day I requested they be delivered. Also, although the arrangement was filled with a wide variety of flowers, many of which are my wife's favorites, the arrangement was very sparse considering it cost over $100. If I am going to pay $100, I expect the arrangement to be full and on time. I don't think those are unreasonable requests. I haven't decided if I will use Jazz flowers again.
