    My sister-in-law was discharged from Waterbury Hospital to Prospect post surgery after a week long stay. I sent her an arrangement and chocolates when she came home on February 18, 2023, and I was sending fom out of town in Boston. Margot's did a beautiful job, and my sister-in-law absolutely loved the arrangement. The hydrangeas were so fresh and both my brother and sister-in-law raved about the arrangement and the beautiful fresh flowers, at a time of year when it is not easy to get hydrangeas.     Simply incredible! I wanted something special sent to my family for the holidays and Margot's did not disappoint - From beginning to end they made it easy. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they ran with it! The flower box they designed for us was not only gorgeous, but easily maintained and lasted for weeks! The staff was GREAT to work with, I initially had some delivery concerns around timing because of the holidays but they were able to address them quickly and they met every expectation that was set over the phone.     This is the second time I have ordered from Margot's and both times I was very impressed with the floral arrangement and the excellent customer service. Since I am sending flowers from another state it is very important that the product is as promised. Margot's exceeds my expectations each time! I love this florist!

    I️ have always had beautiful flowers and very professional arrangements from Margot’s. They use the best quality flowers and if ever a problem, they are so willing to correct it. I️ had trouble with roses and pine branches and they replaced the roses as they found the pine was sealing off the rose stems so they weren’t getting water. I️ would recommend them for any occasion from graduations, to baby showersetc. Margot’s is the only florist we will ever use!

    I'm sorry you feel that way about our roses. We usually do not have a problem, we only purchase Grade A roses from the growers guaranteed 100% if you are not happy & let us know within a reasonable time. Our growers take them back, we need to let them know when there is any issue. Please let us know personally next time if this ever occurs ~ just give us a quick call!!     Margot's always does an awesome job. I moved out of state, and always use you guys to send flowers to my family. The only reason I gave a 4 is because the arrangement was beautiful, but it didn't look like the one in the picture. I understand flowers are seasonal, but it looked very different from the picture online. I normally call to place my order, so that's what I'll probably go back to doing.

    I was pleased with the ease of ordering and that the flower bouquet was delivered on time for funeral events. It was a beautiful bouquet, however the item I selected was many pinks and purples and the bouquet that was delivered was red and yellow. That was a disappointment to me.

    Margot's has always been terrific, even calls to be sure order is correct. In good times or bad, rely on Margot's. Just wish all were like her. Unfortunately the out of state florist didn't put in the card with my name on it. The basket was great but my son had to call me to see if I sent it. No reflection on Margot's though.
