    I had a friend who past, and needed to get a peace lily plant and the candle light memorial to the funeral home within 24 hours of finding out. I placed an order online and followed it up with a phone call to make sure they would be able to handle the delivery on such short notice. The staff was very helpful and called me several times to make sure everything was as I wanted it to be. They went above and beyond just doing whatever the online order said and made the experience more personal. The 2 items arrived on time, the family was very appreciative and loved them.     The flowers were beautiful, but I was very disappointed most of my message, including who the flowers were from, was missing. So no one knew who the flowers were from at the funeral home.

    I am so sorry about the name missing on the card!! We should have called you to see about that. The card was just whatever you typed in when you placed the order, however, I feel that we should have read it (we usually do to make sure things are correct) and called you to ask. Both events were spectacular and the price he charged was half of the previous quotes from other florist.     Beautiful arrangement! My mother really liked her mother's day flowers. Beautiful and bright pink roses were so much fun. Thank you for having helium balloons that actually said "Happy Mother's Day" I actually went to a major party store ("P**** C*ty" and they had no balloons that said "Happy Mother's Day" which was super weird and disappointing. When I came to pick up my flower order I was super glad that you had balloons for the occasion! See y'all next time! Heehee!

    Della's Maple Lane Florist is one of the BEST florists I've ever done business with. Being new to the area, I depend on ratings and reviews for businesses and after reading the reviews online for Della's and seeing images of their arrangements, I knew I'd be using them. They made it so easy to order online. I even called and was reassured by the staff my order for a funerary arrangement would handled with care.     I called at 2:00 pm because I got tied up in meetings. I needed delivery that afternoon. An hour and a half later I received a call thanking us for the flowers and telling us jhow beautiful they were. We live in Maryland but still have family and friends in Michigan. We ALWAYS call Della's when we need flowers. The results always exceed our expectations and delight the recipient. We're glad to have someone we can trust to do a good job for us.     My first time using this florist. I couldn't attend funeral because I was out of town and I found this florist online and seen the most beautiful plant to send my friend because I felt those would make her smile. The florist delivered on time and the floral arrangement looked just like its photo and this flowers did exactly what I wanted my friend to do and that was smile. This arrangement was the best one she received and she was so proud to receive them. They really highlighted her loss.

    I am so pleased my online order from Della's. I'll be honest I procrastinated by Mother's Day flower order and was trying to go with a well known flower delivery company and the were a nightmare to deal with so close to Mother's Day, which I expected, but Della's really saved the day. I was able to place an online order 1.5 days in advance of Mother's Day and when I picked up my order on Mother's Day it was perfect and better than I expected. I moved to the Troy area a little over 5 years ago and Della's has been my family's go to florist. Thank you! We'll be ordering again.

    The plant was beautiful but was it a peace Lily? The picture of the plant delivered was a healthy plant. I did not like the container. It did not match what was offered and was not beautiful. The flower from the plant was not a lily flower. I’m still not sure what was sent. I’d appreciate feedback on this because I’ve been dealing with this florist as my florist for decades. This is the first time I used online ordering.

    The plant that was sent was definitely a peace lily. I am honestly not sure about the flower you saw, if we put any fresh cut flowers in it or if it was a peace lily flower. they are not really "lily" looking, in a traditional lily fresh flower. If the ceramic container is not to your liking, you are welcome to bring back that container and exchange for another one that we have (we have a few different styles) but based on availability, some things we have not been able to get, but the size and quality of the containers we are using are the same or better than what is pictured.

    Thank you for your reply. The plant was sent for a funeral. I live in Florida and don’t plan to track who has the plant now. The container is what it is.     Again, I am truly sorry about the container. I would say, 80% of the time we have exactly what is pictured, but with supply chain issues, its been a struggle.I would say the best way to make sure you get exactly what you want is look at our website and call in your order, the person helping you will tell you exactly what we have and what we don't. We find a lot of people do it that way, because it is near impossible to have 100% of everything and every flower type on our site, but we do come close and want to be sure to satisfy our customers the best we can. Peace Lilys are a plant, with white peace lily blooms on them, which we also have. those can be found in the plant section of our website.     I am so pleased with this florist. We ordered flowers for my 9 year old to be delivered on Valentine's day and I picked, what I thought was a small, cute vase of roses with a teddy bear.     I am sorry that you were disappointed in the arrangement in comparison to the picture you saw. The things that were similar was it was in a same size basket, and the snapdragons & alstromeria were the same as the picture. We had to substitute some of the other flowers, in which case we make sure to exceed the value of those substitutions. It is impossible to carry every flower in every color for every arrangement on our website, but we do try very hard to achieve a similar look and feeling of the picture.

    I would highly recommend Della's to anyone. They created a beautiful arrangement that my mother absolutely loved and they were responsive and prompt, even during a global pandemic! I was very impressed, and will absolutely shop here again. The only thing, which I think maybe I missed when ordering, is that the flowers I ordered did not come in a vase, though I thought they did.     Ordered daffodils and got yellow tulips instead. When I called, they said daffodils were out of season, but they should have called before delivering. What a waste of $50; the yellow tulips didn't even look nice, and only lasted a couple of days.

    Dellas's is the only florist I use, have always been completely statisfied with their service and their arrangements. However, the arrangement that I ordered for Easter this year was nice, but didn't seem to be up to the usual standards that Della's stays up to. The arrangement seemed a little sparse, and there were no plastic Easter eggs like in the picture. I will keep on using Della's. I have been happy with them. If they have another 'off day' then I may reconsider that.

    The arrangement was nice, however, the flowers didnt last very long. Also, I paid the extra $10 for the higher option bouquet, however, it was the same as the lower. I have been a customer for several years, and this is the first experience of this sort. I am usually very satisfied with my choice to go with Della's. (We contacted Shant and we are delivering a new bouquet for him, when he requests it. He is still a happy customer and pleased with our follow up on his complaint. It was very busy for Valentines Day, and this is our only complaint and we handled it well.)

    Ordered flowers online and they were not delivered on Feb. 14th. Called the florist and complained and they ended up delivering a full dozen, beautiful pink roses to my wife the following day for the same price. I would give them a five except for this slip up.     Good Morning - I would like to let you know how happy I was with the 2 arrangements that were done. They were both funeral arrangements that went to William Sullivan Funeral Home in Royal Oak for Marjorie Tamm. The bud vase for Grandma was perfect. I loved the fresh flower vase arrangement for mom. The flowers were fresh and and exceeded my expectations. I know when I get flowers from your shop they will be something either I or the recipient will be able to enjoy for quite some time.     I just want to thank you for your good neighbor roses. I kept one for myself and delivered the other 11. I can tell you because of you, I delivered happiness to several good neighbors. The last two roses were delivered late that evening when I returned to my home in Saginaw, Michigan. One good neighbor laughingly said, "Forget the rose, just bring me a bachelor!"     I LOVE that the delivery person called me on my cell, from my front porch. I was not home, and I asked him to deliver to my church, about 1 mile north on Livernois. He said he would do it!!! I was waiting at church for him, and he delivered there!!! I was shocked and surprised not only about receiving a beautiful fall arrangement, but also that he was able to go the extra mile, and deliver to another location.     I just wanted to take a minute and tell you about the wonderful service I received from Michelle 8/2/11. I wasn't sure what type of flower arrangement I wanted, but mentioned colors to her. She spent alot of time with me to make what I thought was the perfect arrangement for my friend! We talked about how she wasn't "officially" a flower designer (don't know the correct lingo for this title) And I couldnt' believe she wasn't. She was very professional, and talented. I think she deserves an upgrade in title! Not only was I delighted, but so was my friend!
