    What a wonderful experience. The flower arrangement was stunning. I'll post a photo in a google review. I also want to give special recognition to Scott, the delivery person. He went out of his way to ensure the flowers were delivered when my friend was home. He called me when my friend wasn't home to accept the flowers. He was so polite and genuinely concerned about leaving the arrangement on the porch in the hot weather. I called him back with a time she would be home. He said it was no problem to redeliver later in the day. I was so appreciative of his special care. Thank you Scott!

    I order online for valentines and after i placed the order they tell me to call to make the order over the phone because its not guaranteed to deliver i called like 30 times no one is answering i left 3times voicemail and no one called its reallly bad service i am going to cancel the order NOW and please no one order from here

    we delivered this 4 hours after you ordered this. it is at the market now. we were too busy to answer the phone, we are sorry for that, we had 20 people outside standing in line in 20 degree weather as well as 50 people in the store. it was very busy, we can only do what we can do. But, the order is there. and in a 4 hour turn around time.

    I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement for my mother-in-law to be delivered on Wednesday. She was hospitalized early Wednesday morning, so I contacted the florist. She made arrangements for the original order to be removed from the delivery truck, created a new arrangement, adjusted the card greeting and had the new arrangement delivered to the hospital before noon.     Over a decade has passed from the time of my first purchase from Accent Florist. Every year I call to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. They allow custom arrangments, and provide great direction and often suggestions that culminate into spectacular results. Delivery's have always arrived promptly on time. I have no need to contact another florist, Accent is the best!

    Flowers were beautiful and delivered promptly! Thanks for that! I was a bit disappointed when I saw the card that was given with the flowers. The message was not exactly what I had typed in the field. I thought you guys would just copy and paste, but some punctuation marks were incorrect (i.e. the apostrophe was turned into a "~" etc.).
