    I ordered flowers for my wife who was in state on a business trip. Very happy with the ease of ordering on the website and the communication afterwards. I ordered an arrangement that had some filler flowers which were currently not in season. Prange's called and we worked out adjustments for filler, as the main flower in the order was the important piece of everything.     I received photos from recipient. Both arrangements looked beautiful! Thank you. I will probably use your services again. The only improvement I suggest is to post larger sample photos on the website or make it feasible to enlarge them by clicking, to show more detail.

    Thank you for your kind words. The photos on the website are scaled (# of pixels per square inch) for the website and don't always blow up well. You can always request a photo prior to us sending the flowers to their final destination, and we can usually accommodate that request. At holidays and on wedding weekends that may be more of a challenge as it takes time to set up the arrangement in lighting appropriate for the flowers. Always happy to do this whenever time permits.     did not match the picture. No bows on the cake or ruffle around the bottom. Also colors were red and white instead of pink and white. Still beautiful and I realize I ordered it on a holiday weekend for Tuesday delivery but still I was disappointed. My daughter didn't know the difference and she loved it.

    The bouquet was beautiful but the customer service was even better. I submitted the wrong delivery address when ordering. When I realized my mistake, Prange's sent their driver back to the wrong address, picked up the bouquet and delivered it to the right address with no hesitation or charge.     I was really disappointed that you all called the recipient of the flowers and told her that you were concerned about delivering them to our healthcare facility. It was supposed to be a surprise for all of her hard work and even though you agreed to deliver them to her home, the surprise was ruined and they could’ve just been dropped off at the guard gate without ever entering our campus. I understand that everybody is fearful during this time but I was really disappointed.

    Delivery of any item now necessitates using mandated safe protocols w/ no surprises. Drivers call & arrange a delivery window, deliver the gift to the door, leave the gift, call the recipient saying that the gift has arrived, and leave. As directed, delivering go to the welcome desk. We did not deliver to the guard post as we did not know that you had that authority. The recipient requested delivery to her apartment, we did so. We are sorry that we disappointed you.     I am sorry that you were disappointed. The picture shows the fruit piled high in an 8" basket. We now use a larger basket for stability in transport. As we discussed, the purple grapes, not fresh at the market, were not used. More other fruit was used to sub: 6 organic bananas (ripen slowly), 4 apples, 5 oranges, 2 peaches, pear, 2 plums, a bunch of green grapes...picture shows 18 fruits, we provided 24, not including the grapes. Order was placed at 10 AM, delivery requested by 1 PM. Fruit was purchased, designed and delivered on time. Please accept our apologies for your displeasure.

    If you want customization or you have special instructions, then Prange's is the florist to visit. The last time I ordered from Prange's, I ordered on the web (trusting that a phone call was not necessary) and asked to have the flowers delivered within a special time frame the next morning, which was not during their normal delivery time. The owner called, verifying these special arrangements, promising to punctually deliver the flowers - which they did! I find them a much better florist than any other in Gainesville and only have good experiences with them. Highly recommend! A+++++

    Not as expected. I ordered the Midwestern Garden as pictured for $65 mainly for the yellow lillies. There were no yellow lillies in it at all. It had a few purple lillies at the base of the arrangement and not dispersed throughout. I will order from a different florist next time.

    Hi Susan: The designer who created your arrangement did use yellow lilies, but they were present in bud form. Your friend who received them will be able to enjoy them for better than a week. The bouquet contained pink alstroemeria lilies, that may have looked purple if your friend sent you a picture. I do apologize that you were not 100% satisfied, please tell us if the lilies do not open in two days, and I will give you a complete refund. White bouvardia, an upgrade, was included just to give it a more full appearance. Again, my sincere apologies that you were not 100% satisfied.

    Dear Nancy, Sorry you were disappointed. The flowers were delivered at 2 PM on December 23rd. We did deliveries until 6 PM so we did not consider this late. The design was made according to our in house recipe system, plus a little added greenery and an extra stem of mums since we made a variety substitution. Perhaps the angle on the flowers didn't give you a great view. I will give you a $5.00 credit. It would have been helpful to know this sooner as we would have replaced the arrangement completely.     Although the flowers were cute and were delivered on time, I was a little disappointed on the lack of fullness with the puppy and that it was missing a seashell as shown in the photo and description. I know that things never look like the photo and will vary, however for the price of the basket, I did expect a little more. Prange's is always wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to order again, but something more simplified.

The glass was sweating because the flowers were kept in the cooler prior to delivery, and when pulled out of the cooler, condensation was inevitable, just as on a cold beverage container.     I received 2 baskets of flowers due to a mistake in the delivery date. Both baskets were exquisite! The first basket had a flower (freesia?) that smelled lovely. The second basket had tulips, roses, carnations, and a daisy like flower. the daisy like flower, wilted quickly but the the others are going strong.     The flowers are so fresh and beautiful looking. It was only by accident that I happened to be at my front door where the flowers were left on the doorstep. There are times when I do not use the front door for days on end as I enter and exit the house via the garage. The flowers could have stayed there for days before being discovered. A phone message would have insured that I found the flowers promptly. Another thought; the enclosed card was printed in someone's 'best' printing, but would have appeared more professional if typed or handwritten by someone with better handwriting--not important, but a little tweek to make your packaging match your beautiful flowers.

    Seems like the only problem is with Delivery... If it's not a wedding or a funeral, chances are it's supposed to be a surprise delivery! Please note to call the person who ordered the flowers. If you get there and no one answers, then you can call the other phone number. We got woken up for directions even though I posted directions in the NOTES section. Was told, "We don't pay any attention to that". Also, seemed like everything was rushed. My message started with "Happy Valentines Day" and was put on a card that already said "Happy Valentines Day"... doubled up looked pretty odd :(
