    I have to call the shop to find out who sent the flowers. No name was on the card. Same thing happened with my last delivery. Maybe someone wanted to be anonymous but the florist did not Suggest that.

We are so sorry you had to call into the store to find out whom sent you flowers but unfortunaley the sender placed the order on our website and did not put a "from name" in the card message area and we do not change any information filled in on website orders by the customer. Also, there were no instructions for it to be left anonymous as to whom the sender was or we would not have disclosed it to you when you inquired.

    You service was almost perfect. The flowers were gorgeous, and my lovely girlfriend was absolutely blown away. You did however neglect to include the note, thereby leaving her to wonder all day where the came from. No worries. She was thrilled.

Usually companies get upset if they don't get the correct address but you didn't and you made a second delivery.     I did all this on line. It was easy and I was glad to get the email confirming the delivery of the plant...it would be wonderful to be able to email me a picture of the "actual" plant that was sent.......I know there is a picture with the email, but it is a stock picture.

    Although it was a very sad time for me, the flower arrangement you created for the funeral service of my young nephew was a great comfort. I'm in California, and couldn't make it in time for the service, so I wanted a standing arrangement to act as a stand-in for Tom's California family. My sister said our flowers were the most colorful and striking in the room, and that it really did feel as though we were standing there with the rest of the family.     The flower arrangement I received was much better than the previous. These flowers are still alive after a few days whereas the others were done by day two. The balloons I was disappointed with -- one had deflated within 12 hours of receiving them. Overall, the arrangement was to my liking. Thanks!

    My birthday floral arrangement is beautiful, especially with the Dendrobium orchids (I'm an orchidholic). The open star lilly was a bit strong smelling but pleasant nontheless. The chocolates were very nicely wrapped. The balloons were especially festive with all the colorful ribbons. Who could ask for more?!!!
