    I am so disappointed with the sloppy and unprofessional service from this florist! An arrangement I ordered on behalf of my cousins in Austria/Germany for my mother's 80th birthday, was delivered 2 weeks early. The flowers where left at the doorstep with the correct date of delivery clearly attached to the outside. Shame on you New Leaf Florist for this huge oversight.

We tried our best to make it better by offering a complimentary delivery on the correct day of delivery or even refunding this order altogether for you so that at least your mother could enjoy the beautiful arrangement she received at no cost to you and your family. If you would like to take us up on the offer of sending out the arrangement again in 2 weeks, please call us at the shop or email us at newleafflorist@bellnet.ca. This was a very unfortunate mistake and we are very sorry.
