    We met Kathy with Petals Florist at a bridal show. We knew then that she was perfect to make the prettiest flowers possible for my son’s wedding. She did not disappoint. Every little detail was to perfection. The bride picked her bouquet at the bridal show. Kathy was kind enough to hold it for her for six months.This is how she bends over backwards for her brides. She also has a payment plan that makes it so much easier. Every arrangement she did from arches, bouquets& table arrangements were beautiful. I highly recommend Petals to anyone for any floral needs.     Kathy was very accommodating on everything that we needed for my Son’s wedding. Even when we made changes to flowers or other decor for the wedding. She was helpful and easy to work with. We actually met Petals Florist at a Bridal show we attended. We knew right then they were the right florist for the wedding. The Bride picked her flowers and colors that day at the show. Kathy held this bouquet for six months for her. That’s how accommodating she is. I didn’t realize she had a payment plan. Which was extremely helpful. I recommend them to anyone.     This isn’t FTD! Cathy is AWESOME! She went above and beyond! I wanted to order from a local florist because I hate giving a box of flowers and a vase from FTD that the recipient has to arrange themselves. I got so lucky that I picked this one. First of all, the arrangement was gorgeous!!! The card and packaging were beautiful too! I live out of state and I asked if they could include a gift card from a local store. She went to the store for me and picked it up. When she went to deliver it, they weren’t home so she took it to the restaurant where they were eating. Petals is 5 star!

    I highly recommend Petals Florist for all your floral needs. Kathy’s customer service is beyond compare. Once again this year, since I live out of state, she placed flowers on my family members headstones that are buried in Union Cemetery. I was able to do everything over the phone, from looking at the selections in her shop, to making my payment. She delivered them at no charge and texted me photos and videos from the gravesides.     Kathy and Kaila are two of the sweetest people i’ve met! i got my flowers from Sola Wood, and paid extra for the people at Sola to put my bouquets together. when they came they were so compacted in, they looked like ice cream cones! so round and the flowers were squished! i brought them to Petals and they were more than happy to help. They ended up adding a few things in and fluffing them out and they look 10x better! and they did it free of charge! we came a month before our wedding talking about arch flowers and thank goodness they had an opening our day and went ahead and put us down! the

    We placed an order from out-of-state for a funeral that we were not able to attend in person. The Petals Florist staff was very kind and helpful and they made a beautiful arrangement to deliver to the funeral home. They also went the extra mile and sent us a picture of the arrangement. I would highly recommend Petals and will definitely use them again when ordering flowers in the Newport area.

    We were in town for my father's funeral and happened upon Petals Newport for floural arrangements for the services. We did not have a recommendation and were not sure who to use at the time. The service was exemplary and the kindness of the staff made us feel like they truly cared. The product was equal to the staff and the arrangements sent to the church were better than I could have anticipated. I would recommend Petals Newport to anyone who is looking for a flourist.
