    The flower arrangement was stunning! I live in NJ and wanted to order flowers for my friend who moved to the Troy area recently. I have no knowledge of upstate NY so went online and googled florists near Troy, NY. After reading reviews and looking at several florist websites I settled on Flower World. The ordering online was so easy and the arrangement that was sent was perfect! The delivery person even went out of their way to get the flowers to my friend as she wasn't home but was at her daughter's house which was 10 minutes from her house. Awesome customer service!

    I chose Flower World because I needed to send flowers for a Sunday funeral service that I couldn't attend and I actually had a really hard time finding a florist that was open on Sundays. I placed an order online less than 2 days before and they were open and willing to deliver that Sunday. I never got to actually see the flowers but a family member contacted me later to say they were so beautiful that they brought them home after the service. I will definitely be using Flower World from now on.

    My mom had the most beautiful display of flowers and a peace lily delivered to Tennessee for my father-in-law's funeral. She was impressed with their service and very reasonable prices. Going through them was so much less expensive than having them sent through the big "dot com" flower company. The service was personal, and the quality was far beyond my expectations. I guessed that she spent three times as much as she actually did. If you need local flower delivery, or out of the area, go to Flower World!

    Flower World was so great. My sister was in the hospital and I placed an order around noon on a Saturday and they got it to her by 5 p.m. the same day. They also called me after I placed my online order and volunteered to stop at a convenience store to pick my sister up some magazines to go with her flowers and gifts because she was going to be in the hospital for 4 to 5 days. The absolute best customer service ever!
