    Flowers are beautiful. My wife had stepped out when they were delivered, so the delivery guy made sure to leave them in a shady spot to avoid sun damage. Much appreciated. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

In regards to the high delivery fee, the delivery address is missing a zip code. Because your order was placed online, the system automatically charges the highest delivery fee by default.     Beautiful flowers!! Great arrangement!! But, flowers were promised to be delivered on Friday but were not delivered until Saturday. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise great job!!

    We looked back into why your order was delivered Saturday. We attempted delivery Friday at 2:25pm. No one was available to accept the delivery. We redelivered the next morning. We don't always leave deliveries at the home. It's circumstantial per home. We value our product quality and if it's unsafe to leave due to a multitude of reasons, we bring it back and redeliver when the recipient is home. We wish you had contacted us about your disappointment before leaving a review so that we could explain why. We thank you for your compliments otherwise!

    My mother was not happy after receiving her Christmas flowers. They started dying the day after not all of them but for $100 I expected more life than that. Not satisfied unfortunately

    Hi, I replied without looking into your order because there are a few days that the confirmations got completed a couple days later. Upon reviewing your order, the delivery confirmation was completed the same day as the delivery. You should have received an email with the information. I will email you a screenshot of what's on our end so that you may see it for yourself. Maybe the email got filtered into spam or another category. We've encountered issues with that. G-mail has put things into promotions or social that don't belong there.

    Thank you for your review! We'd like to provide some clarification as to why you didn't see roses in your order. The pictured items are shown at a set price point. If you alter that price point from the default value shown, the flowers shown in the photo will be altered to reflect the change. When you placed the order, you lowered the value of the arrangement. The focal flowers of the arrangement you chose were the Gerbera Daisies. The designer didn't want to take away the focal flowers when adjusting the value to the option that was chosen. (to be cont.)

    Therefore, the single stem of spray roses was removed instead. In the future when placing an order online, if you alter the price point to a lower price, please include in the special instructions a note that you don't want a specific flower removed when the price is adjusted. Another way to avoid this would be to call our shop and speak directly with a designer. This ensures that you get exactly what you're looking for within your budget. Our designers have many years of experience and will ask you questions to make sure all the needs are met. (tbc.)

    I was not home at the time of delivery. The florist called and tried to leave the arrangement with a neighbor who, unfortunately would not receive the flowers.     February 1st marks the rose price hike that is imparted on us by the growers and wholesale companies. Unfortunately, we must also pass this down to our customers because we are a small business. Large chain stores are able to keep their prices cheaper because of the amount the enormous quantities they buy in bulk, and also because they don't put as much time and care into their flowers as we do.

    My daughter-in-law lost her brother to suicide. I sent flowers to different family members. My daughter-in-law's mother got sick with phenumonia, and didn't answer her phone, nor her door when the delivery was made. NEF called me. It turns out I was given the wrong phone number for her. NEF took the flowers back, and made another arrangement free of cost. They made sure someone was home and well when I gave them the correct number. They were patient, kind, and willing to help anyway they could. This is surely appreciated, especially in a time of grief.

    The Flowers were nice. However, I ordered the flowers on June 7th to be delivered on June 14th (My Mother's last day of work), but they were delivered on June 8th - so that was disappointing.

    My Husband ordered flowers on two occasions in a two week period. The first was for Mother's Day. I believe it was a Brilliance Bouquet which was so beautifully arranged. The colors and floral combination was put together with great care and greatly appreciated. It was a good choice for a Mother's Day surprise. The second arrangement was a beautiful arrangement of two dozen Roses. Again, these were arranged with such professional proficiency. The vases for both arrangements made them even more attractive.
