    I was getting my girlfriend flowers for our anniversary and was currently on shift at the fire house for 24 hours so wanted flowers delivered. Under receiving person thought it was strange to put her contact info in but I figured if I was running a call and they were trying to find the house they would call her last resort. No they call her first thing in the morning saying I have an order of flowers for Hannah and wanted to confirm the address. Kind of silly if you’re trying to surprise someone, I guess I won’t put person recieving info down next time

    Wow, can't thank Amy's enough for their service. My son sent a large bouquet that sadly didn't last 24 hours. I think it was due to extreme AZ heat. But I let Amy's know that many of the flowers were dead on arrival and they did a lovely replacement. In the past flowers from Amy's have lasted up to 4 weeks so I was disappointed. But Amy's noted my distress and replaced the flowers with a new arrangement and it doing very well and I love it. The flowers were a gift from my son to mark what would have been my husband's and my 61 anniversary. So sad but meaningful day.

    The purple-themed arrangement I received through Amy's for Mother's Day was just beautiful! It contained roses, irises, carnations, lots of vibrant stems, and an interesting spray of something kind of like baby's breath but with bigger blooms. It was delivered as scheduled and in very cold water. I do wish they would include some care instructions and perhaps some 'food' for cut flowers but they have held up very well the past week and I enjoy looking at them every chance I get!

    I’ve always sent flowers to my mom in Arizona, but this time I tried Amy’s, and WOW, they were amazing! They didn’t have the purple flowers I ordered, so they reached out to confirm if a substitute was okay and even sent a photo of the final arrangement. In all my years of flower deliveries, no one has communicated so thoughtfully. The flowers arrived on time, and my parents loved them. I’ll definitely be using Amy’s again in the future!

    If there was any way to give negative stars- I would have done that. Absolutely horrible service! I ordered on line & it said to pick purchase up at 12:30p when they close at noon. Not only that, but they did not even have what I’d ordered even though I’d talked to 3 people from there that same day. Incredibly rude & were totally overpriced as it was. Advice? Call a different shop!

My Mother who is 74 years old and previously worked in floral shop, stated it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received!     Love this business! They always bring my flowers to the door & ring the bell. Often they will call to make sure I'm home to receive them. Slightly disappointed as flowers just didn't last as long as they usually do. Not sure if it was due to the heat (never were outside here) or lack of preservative that usually accompanies them... or what.

Summer is particularly stressful for your flowers as the air conditioning we use indoors acts as a dehumidifier, stripping the flowers of any moisture in the air, we recommend submerging your flowers in water and spraying them with plain water.....thank you again Paula!!

    They went above and beyond with this arrangement. I definitely got my moneys worth. They even delivered SUPER quick!! My only complaint is they lasted only 4.5 days. I kept changing the water and snipped the ends, but I think what killed them was the amount of leaves they left on the stems that got submerged in the water to begin with.     Delivery and service charge almost 20% of total bill. Ordered a $60 arrangement and total was over the $75 cap that Gore places on all orders.

    Our delivery fee varies by zip code, but our minimum delivery charge is $12. So the Order 60 plus tax @ 6.3% = 63.78 + 12 del = $75.78. Please advise us that you wish the total order to be $60, instead of $60 toward product plus delivery. I hope that clears up any confusion.

    We do not charge a service fee if the website "amyslittleplantco.com" was used or by calling us directly 623.465.4567. However if you used ANY other website to order the flowers then there are other fees and commissions paid to those landing pages or other companies like FTD, Teleflora, 1800 Flowers, Avas, Etc.

    They normally take about 30% of the total order leaving the florist with the remaining to cover ALL the overhead. Unfortunately the tech companies got in front of the flower industry years ago and we have been struggling to find a solution ever since. It's like all the food delivery service companies got their ideas from the flower industry. The only difference is they make you aware of the fees you pay. Unlike flower company middle people. Most of which do not have actual flower shops nor a majority employee support in the US.

Stood approximately 9" tall by 9" wide. 4 of the baby roses were brown on the edges. $75 for the arrangement, 12 for delivery plus tax. Around $100. Very underwhelming but it did look like the photo.
