    Amazing customer service , when my brother was flying into Thunder Bay from major surgery in Toronto, flowers were delivered to his hotel but when I found out he would be arriving on a different day due to his health, they were wonderful about going and retrieving the flowers , as I was ordering from BC, and kindly delivered a gorgeous arrangement a few days later to another hotel when my brother did arrive. They kept in touch and were so very kind. The service was above & beyond and greatly appreciated.

    This is the only florist where the flowers I ordered (per the online photo) looked exactly like the flowers that were delivered. Also, the accompanying card was beautifully typed in an attractive font, with the exact wording of my sentiments. This is unlike some online sites, where the card appears to be machine typed with arbitrary spacing between words. This arrangement was for a memorial service that had to be delivered by a certain time and at a certain place. Rollason's fulfilled all the requirements to the letter.

    I did not see the flower's personally, but the recipient said they were beautiful. Have dealt with Rollason's all of my life, and have always been very pleased. There was only one time when I placed the order through them, and then they passed it on to another florist out of town, and the recipient e-mailed me a photo, and they were nothing like what I had requested. The florist who actually filled the order, sent another one and it was more like what I had initially requested. Rollason's was not at fault, and I was pleased with the outcome. Rollason's will continue to get my business.
