    I was concerned about ordering flowers from another state. However, Dietz exceeded my expectations. When there was confusion about the delivery location, they called me in another state, waited until I could text the recipient, and the delivery was made. Other flower shop probably would have driven back to the shop.

    These people are amazing! I needed a large gift basket delivered the same day for a funeral and they completely came through for me. They even called me to make sure the family had returned home from the service so the basket would not sit on the porch. I haven't had this kind of customer service in a long time and it was really refreshing given the stress of the day and that we could not attend the funeral due to the pandemic.     I have honestly never ordered flowers before, so I didn't realize it should be done days in advance. I spent at least an hour searching for flower shops in the area, pricing different arrangements, and looking for the best deal. The next problem I ran into was finding a place that was reasonable AND would deliver the next day. I'm so glad I found Dietz! They saved me! What you think you are getting and what you hope to get are often two different things. Dietz knocked it out of the ball park. This last time, the arrangement was VERY small, and I spent the same amount as previously. I was VERY disappointed when I saw the arrangement after it was delivered.     I didn't rate a five because delivery on the date, Valentines Day, didn't occur until after 3 pm. I do understand that over 500 deliveries had to be made that day but the person I had ordered the flowers for had to watch as many other people got flowers early in the morning while she had to wait until mid-afternoon. I don't know what the solution is, I imagine hiring extra drivers and vehicles wouldn't be economically feasable, but I may consider having the flowers delivered the day before in the future. You still have my business!
