    Incredible Job! I pre-ordered flowers for Dia de las Madres for my mom via website. Picked a "designer's choice" type bouquet with the only insights that mom likes purple and gladiolus and wow, they delivered. The arrangement delivered to my mom was beautiful shades of lilac and lavender. It was HUGE but no gaudy at all.     Fantastic customer service! My mother received a beautiful bouquet for her 65th wedding anniversary. After about 3 days some of the flowers started to droop. I called the shop and told them what was happening. They offer to replace the drooping flowers if I could stop by. I just expected the few drooping flowers would be replaced and when they returned the bouqet for me it was even more beautiful and had more flowers.     I ordered my bouquet just after florists were allowed to open in the midst of Covid-19. There was a limited supply of flowers, and as a result they were unable to give me the exact bouquet I ordered. They more than compensated for that by providing me with the most amazing bouquet of roses and lilies that was worth much more than what I paid.     Great delivery service, ordered an arrangement on the 23rd of December for delivery before Xmas, the web site warned that it could not guarantee this delivery so close to the 25th, low and behold I was emailed a notice that it was delivered just a few hours after placing the order.
