    We ordered 2 seperate funeral flower arrangements only 1 day before we needed them. I sent a few pictures of what we wanted over email which Allie confirmed delivery right to the venue.     I had to use Flowershop online as the vehicle to send my gift. I was glad to be able to use this service to send an appreciation gift to the veterinary practice that took great care of my cat until he passed away at age 17. The only thing I found curious was that I could not use :Doctors and Staff" as the recipient name on the card. This system insists on a first and last name so it came out Doctors Staff, which was kind of dorky. Maybe Flower Shop could tweak their system to address this or be clearer on how to enter a group gift.

    I was very pleased that MWG was open for business during the crisis, unlike nurseries in other parts of the country and I was grateful for this. I was ordering from Italy, so this was important... I was a teensy bit disappointed that the gerbers were replaced with a type of chrysanthemum ( at least that is what they looked like in the photo my son sent me). However the bunch was bright and pretty and my son was very pleased, which is the main thing and I guess that it is more difficult at this time to have supplies.     I was disappointed when I saw the arrangement at my Aunt's funeral service; Instead of the striking arrangement pictured on your website, it was made to look like the other 9 arrangements at her service. I feel I should have been contacted with an explanation especially considering the cost involved. I appreciate the on-time delivery and the single pink rose as per my instructions, but based on the results I received, I will not recommend your florist.

    I would have given you a 5 if it were not for 2 things. 1. I requested the flowers be delivered before 3PM, but they were actually delivered between 4 and 5 PM. 2. I would have preferred a real vase, as opposed to a canning jar. It was not apparent from the photo that it was a jar. Otherwise, everything was great.     I ordered flowers from Mount Willians to be delivered in Bennington. They charged me $30 extra to do so. Instead of completing my order, they called a flower shop down the street from the destination and had them make and deliver flowers. I ordered from Mount Williams, not the place he called. The owner/manager I spoke to said "that is how it is done." This is not ethical and I will not order from here again.

Our website does not list Bennington in our delivery area; the extra $28.50 went to the shop in Bennington for delivery charges & custom design you chose.     The arrangement was beautiful, the delivery was fast, I thought it was going to be smaller because of the price but it was quite large and absolutely gorgeous. Great value. I will use them as my florist moving forward. I love the email after delivery, leaving no questions.

    Was extremely pleased :) The only thing I wish was that there was when ordering online was an estimate as to when the flowers would be delivered. Other than that it was wonderful :)

    Alice and Mt. Williams did the flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception up at Bascom Lodge. The ceremony decorations, table centerpieces, bridal bouquet, and boutonnieres were simply gorgeous. We got repeated comments on how lovely the flowers were! We requested fall colors with a wild flower theme and she took it from there. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they lasted for nearly two weeks after the wedding, leaving our guests with a lovely memory of the event. We could not have been happier with the flowers or with the service. We highly recommend them!
