    Lisa and her staff always provide friendly, excellent service. Their flower arrangements are always beautiful and smell so good. She recently did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. We had so many compliments on how stunning the bouquets and flower arch were. Our photographer said she sees a lot of flowers, and ours were some of the most beautiful she had seen.

I spoke with a pleasant lady, by the name of Lisa when she asked what I wanted to say, and I really wasn’t sure I just started talking about my friend that I had lost. Just from that conversation she had nailed it even though I really wasn’t sure what I wanted to Send. The care and attention that was put into this arrangement was beyond my expectations.     The staff at this shop are incredible! I call to order an arrangement for my dear friend who had lost her husband. Im embarrassed to say i had a complete meltdown that came out of nowhere.     If there were 10 stars, I'd give it. They accidentally delivered flowers a week before they were expected. A new bouquet was replaced, even prettier than the first bouquet. Excellent service. We however do not delivery out in the country. Being that recipient lived between Olds and Sundre, we did reach out to a florist in Sundre, but was refused the order.     I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom from a different florist and they delayed delivery Sunday, then Monday so finally Tuesday I cancelled and ordered through here. My mom received a beautiful arrangement in a hat box that my mom plans to use for something special. They delivered this on Tuesday night, just three hours after I ordered. Fast service. I will definitely use this company again and have told my family who live in Olds and Carstairs about them. Great services, great product, fabulous staff.

    I ordered flowers from a different place for my mom for Mother's Day and they were delayed from Sunday to Monday and then to Tuesday. So I cancelled the order and found this company online. I ordered the flowers and they delivered within about 3 hours to my mom. My mom said the flower arrangement was beautiful. They were arranged in a hat box that my mom loved and plans to keep for something special. And I love the fast delivery and friendly staff and helpful. I will use this company again in the future and will recommend to family that live in the Carstairs/Olds area.

    I personally designed and delivered the flowers. I can assure you that the flowers were not old. We receive floral shipments 3x a week. It is unfortunate that we were not informed of this sooner,as we would have rectified the problem. It has been 20 days since delivery was done which makes it difficult to rectify the problem now. Store policy requires notification to be made within a reasonable time frame. As far as the balloons not sure what happen as it was filled 30 minutes prior to delivery. We take great pride in offering very best quality of product, designs and customer service.

    I am sorry that you were disappointed in our service. It is store policy to call prior to delivering to make sure that there is someone to receive the delivery. Our staff left a message and asked the recipient to call the shop to make arrangements for a delivery time. When your daughter decided to stop by instead of calling, we added additional product to the arrangement to cover the delivery charge. It is unfortunate that when you placed your order that you didnt mention that you wanted this to be a surprise. Had we known we would have accommodated.

This is a Martha Stewart style arrangement which is more of a compact style. We are very Conscientious at making sure that all our customers receive full value.     I was planning on using silk fuschia gerber flowers for my wedding because of the durability and worry free care. However, the flowers I found only had half of the stock I required. Lisa, the owner of Casa, was very understanding and helpful. She gave me many hours of her quality time, designing and arranging my perfect wedding arrangments, bouquet, boutineers and corsages. She even offered viewings before the big day! Thank you Lisa for making one less thing for me to worry about!

    I had left getting my mom something for mothers day to the last minute I had tried to order flowers from another shop in olds, but was told that they would not delivery it for me being that it was Mothers day.I explained that I was up north, the person was short with me and hang up. I than called Casa de Flores i asked if they were doing deliveries, the young lady said that they were short staffed and would not be able to. I explained my situation and than she told me that she would do the delivery for me. I am so grateful, my mom recieved her flowers and i was in her good books. Thank you so much for taking the time to take the flowers.

    i went to casa de flores for a last minute arrangement after i got off work. when i got there the young lady was just walking out the door for the night, i explianed to her what i needed and she happily made my arrangemnet AND even deliveried it! i was soo impressed with the service there and now i go there anytime i need flowers or a gift the staff there is always very happy and helpful!
