    One of the common complaints about florists is we do not listen to the consumer's request. My website does have a disclaimer stating, the florist has the right to substitute your request with something equal to value.     Aloha from Hawaii. Thanks for the opportunity of feedback. I was HOPING that there would be MORE GERB. Mom was happy with the arrangement but the picture I got had VERY little GERB contained.

    Flowers were delivered on time and looked great. My only complaint was that I order the flowers in the photo because I liked the vase (square). This would have given my wife a new vase to use. But the vase was a standard round style. My wife has many of those already.

    Not happy! Ordered the Natural Touch arrangement as a get well for my daughter-in-law which showed a full arrangement of plants with 3 or 4 different types of flowers and got a sparse planting with no flowers. Nothing like what is represented and I paid for the highest level of options. Will never use this florist again.

    I thought we were getting pink as bright color with yellow and white...we loved the arrangement and service BUT was a little shocked at the red of the flowers in the photo. We deliberately steered away from red at a funeral...it was too bold. So to end up with red flowers was a bit disappointing, that's all the comment I would have.

    Lisa, my policy is the customer is always right. However, the recipe for the arrangement you picked did call for red carnations. The spray also had hot pink in it. Hot pink can appear to look red in pics depending on lighting. We pride ourselves in making our customers happy and I promise to serve you better if you choose to use us again. Thank you.
