    Varies was very accommodating and helpful. I ordered a dozen red roses but, Varise called me to say she wasn’t happy with the red roses she had but will put together other roses instead. I received so many compliments on the arrangement. I’m thankful she didn’t just put together the sub-par roses and went with something so beautiful. I appreciate them going above and beyond.

    I have called right before New years Eve and I forgot to order flowers and I wasn't expecting them to be able to deliver. I was surprised that I was told oh yeah we'll get it right out to the salon where my girlfriend was working. It was a complete surprise which is what I was hoping but I had to make sure she was in the salon working that they hahaha so I called back to the floors and they were already packaged up ready to deliver and they're huge supporters of veterans because I'm a combat veteran and they offered me a discount and I had such fun on the phone the whole time!!!!

    Much cheaper flowers used in the actual arrangement than what I ordered. And wasn’t delivered in the basket which was pictured online.

    We realize that the flowers were not exact to picture, however we were told to bring them to Harvard which is outside our delivery area. Knowing that there are no florists in that town, we filled order as close as possible, rather than turning you away. We apologize if we made the wrong decision. Covid has made our products hard to come by.

    The flowers were nice, but the note we asked for was not on the card. We had a personal note and the note our friend received was a generic "So sorry for your loss." Not the biggest deal, but we spent time writing a personal note.

    Thank you Emily for your comments. The manufactured cards we receive already have headings on them because the card is only 2X3 inches big. Many times the message is too big for the card. I do apologize for this happening. I also know your messages come straight from the heart so, because of your review, We will make changes and fully hand write the entire card from this point on.

    The flowers were beautiful, but didn't look like the picture on your website. My sister wanted to know who I used for my flowers and there was no business logo anywhere on the card. I used a local florist, so you could be used again from those who enjoyed your flowers.
