    Such timely response to my on-line purchase...and my sister said the bouquet was the most beautiful she had ever seen! She sent a photo ~ I agree! My purchase was, however, more expensive than I had thought it would be...especially b/c of service fee, tax, and delivery. Couldn't some of these charges be whittled down a bit? I'd like to use you more often, but cost dictates less often.

We understand the standard fees mentioned can add to total cost so thank you for asking where you can save on future orders. We noticed the delivery charge was slightly higher because the city we delivered to is outside of our local delivery zone. An option to keep in mind would be opting for a Standard size arrangement, where even at base price, you will still receive a full-size looking arrangement. Hope this helps! Kind regards, Vicky

I must comment with five stars on the appearance value freshness abundance and delivery of the arrangement that I got on Christmas Eve from the nicest lady!     This was the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever received. It truly took my breath away. The quality and freshness of the flowers made them look like they had never been cut. The vase was perfect for the arrangement and stunningly lined with green leaves. This particular arrangement sang springtime loud and clear with the birds of paradise popping up their heads like chicks in a nest. The combination of colors and textures made this a real treasure.     I received 24 long stemmed red roses in a vase, so simply and thus so elegantly arranged! The roses themselves are of the quality that is only seen rarely; so fresh that not even one petal was drooping - and still isn't. Hard to define but words that come to mind are crisp, strong, tight, but just full enough, rather than just buds, that it was quite a remarkable display. It is obvious to me that you take your business to your hearts and the results reflect that. Thank you so much.
