    Did an online order, thought it didn’t go through. Ended up calling the shop; what a friendly voice! Took my order over the phone with pleasure! Online order ended up going through and the florist called me to tell me she will cancel the 2nd order. Within the hour my friend called to say she received the flowers and it was beautiful!!!     The flowers arrived fresh and beautiful. However there was no fresh flower packet with the flowers and no directions how to keep them fresh. First thing I looked for as in the past flowers I’ve received do have that little packet. I’ve added water after finding them yesterday starting to droop. The arrangement is still beautiful but some flowrs are drooping. The vase is packed tight and changing out the water was not easy.

    I apologize that you did not receive the packet of food. We do normally leave it with the arrangement but sometimes our extra drivers for the holiday will forget. Our arrangements do leave the shop with food in the water so should not need to be changed for several days as long as the vase is kept full. If you will call us with the delivery address we would love to send you a complimentary arrangement and I will make sure you receive the packet of food this time.
