    I had to call them and found them friendly with great customer service. When I made the note online I forgot to say on the card from whom the flowers were from. The clerk in the store said she caught that and called me to double check. Great job.

    the flowers were beautiful. My one complaint was the timing of the delivery. I ordered the day before, and it wasn't delivered until late the next day. The feedback from the florist was that I should have noted a time to deliver in the comments. I had no idea that would be needed. It would be helpful to have that prompted if that is needed - such as asking time of day for delivery.

    We're not sure what the problem was, but our arrangement for the office was nothing like the picture. The picture had big beautiful red flowers and a red ribbon. Our entire arrangement had three little red carnations and no red bow. For the money it cost, it was very disappointing. We have used Floral and Hardy before with good results, so we're not sure what happened this time....

    I was extremely disappointed with the floral arrangement that I ordered online from Floral and Hardy. I understand the actual arrangement can not match the picture exactly, but it should at least resemble it. I ordered a very bright and cheerful fall arrangement for my sister in the hospital. I arrived at the hospital to find a very dull, boring, sad, depressing arrangement. The only bright happy color was a few sunflowers. The sunflowers were great, but everything else was horrible. I even upgraded one level hoping that would help. Total waste of my money! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
