    I ordered a funeral spray for a friend to be sent to a funeral. She wanted me to put her name on the card as follows: "deepest sympathy - Gayle Randall" which I requested when I ordered for her. When flowers were delivered, her name did not appear anywhere, rather my name who paid for the flowers, was shown as the person who sent them. Totally very disappointed. So embarrassing. M. J. Holmes

    After looking at the message on the order and talking to my employees, there was a little confusion on the way it was worded. On the message it did not have a specific name, in which it is usually the person that orders. In this case, you had typed the name that should have been with the message in the additional information box, therefore we didn't quite understand how to sign. We should have called to double check on the specific message. We do again apologize for the miss communion.

    The flowers were attempted to be delivered a day before I specified. When my friends received them the next day, as specified, there was no ivy, which was one reason I ordered the flowers! From the picture they sent, the skimpy greenery taking the ivy’s place looked like asparagus fern! Very disappointed. The flowers seemed to be fine. The friends were happy, so I didn’t call to complain. The ivy was even in the title of the arrangement!!

    We do apologize for not using Ivy. Our suppliers have been very limited since COVID has been a factor. We have to substitute with what they get in each week. We should have called to make sure we could substitute , but there is a disclaimer on our ordering form that we can. We are glad the they enjoyed the flowers and we will try better next time.     For the price I paid the basket did not even come close to my expectations. I paid $85 for fruit that could have been bought for $10-$12 dollars at any store. The bow that was attached was very wrinkled and not professional by any means. I have pictures and I am completely dissatisfied

    This is Kristie Dawson and I was the one who ordered these flowers. I scheduled to have them delivered Friday and the were and were pretty but were left outside by a laundry room door. Second time for this. My mom is always at home and I left instruction to go to carport door bc they don't use the front door. She was home the entire day and nobody rang the door bell. My disappointment is in the delivery person that never made an attempt to ring the door bell or knock.

Then we try to call the person that is receiving or the person that ordered and tell them. Apparently this did not happen with your order. I will be speaking to the delivery person.     I ordered flowers online for my mother for Mother’s Day Ana had them delivered. They were left on her porch. A voicemail was left on her phone but she is older and doesn’t check it often. The flowers were found the following morning and we were mostly wilted the day after. The arrangement she said was beautiful but very disappointed in the fact that they would just leave the flowers and would not try to make sure they weren’t left outside in the heat.
