    I ordered flowers for my mother this year, opting to order directly from the florist after a bad experience with 1-800-FLOWERS. The prices were more competitive here than other local florists. My mother is very picky about flowers and would have been honest if anything displeased her about the bouquet, but she said the flowers were beautifully arranged, it was a decently sized arrangement, and the flowers were healthy and looked lovely. I will order from here again should the occasion call for it.

    I processed and order and before I completed it and went to check out I went back and changed the date of delivery from the 13 to the 12th and then processed the order and for some reason it processed two identical orders. I then notified you and you advised you had only received one order. I then sent you receipts for both orders and you finally cancelled the order for the 13th. I spent about 1.5 hours trying to correct this situation , very frustrating. I won't be returning to Blossoms on Main, I'm going back to ProFlowers! Tried to shop locally but didn't work out to well!

    I loved the flower arrangements for my wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful and exactly what I had asked for. However, we are disappointed in how business was handled after the wedding when Andrea called my mother to let her know that the extra flowers that her employees said we already paid for were not and made it seem like we were trying to cheat them out of money when we used them for another center piece. The way Andrea spoke to my mother was unprofessional and an issue that should have been taken up with her employees who made the mistake initially.

We bring along extra in case we need to because of breakage. I asked your mother if she wanted a piece for your head table and she declined. She said she would reuse the arch flowers. She had my employee to make her one the day of the wedding. She gets paid by the hour for her talent. So actually she was paying for both of the employees time and talent. We’re a small business and it’s not free for us. Please respect the value. Thank you.

    I placed one order on line and one order by phone. The order I placed on line was terrible, Did not look anything remotely like the picture. Plus I paid more for this arrangement than the one I ordered over the phone and online they both were same price. Delivery was more, not sure what else. The arrangement I ordered over the phone was bigger and beautiful. Lesson learned do not order online!!
